To use the HUD simply add it to your avatar. You must log in every day to get the experience and play Lacrime. It is also recommended to have your RLV turned on to enjoy the experience. Every time you log on follow these steps...
*LOGGING IN*
-Click the big red button then click panel.
-wait for the panel to open the web page.
-Come back to your second life viewer and click the left button and choose login. You must do this every day.

*THE BIG RED BUTTON*
This gives you other option when you log on such as Panel, Landmarks and FX.
-clicking the Panel button will bring up your stat sheet
-Landmark will take you to the main Lacrimae sim
-FX button will send you a folder of things to add to your avatar. This will allow you to see visuals of things within the system
.
(example, as a wolf once you attach the FX, it will allow the wolf to see spirits and shadows when you go to different sims. A vampire can see themselves burn, and fairies can see flowers when they bring spring.)

*THE LEFT GREEN EYE BUTTON*
This will be your most active button you use, It also gives you options defined by your species, and different weapons or items you may wear. When you click the left green eye your giving 3 boxes you can click. The Consent, Conquer and Protect.
CONSENT-Grants the certain person you choose permission to do what ever they want to you. So be very careful on this option.
(example, if you are adopted you would have to give consent to that person. Basically click consent, then click the persons name you want and they will get an option to consent to it as well. To heal you also have to give consent. There are some things others can do without consent as in a vampire can force feed on you, but it takes away their will power which hurts. So in a nutshell do not give consent unless you really trust this person.)
CONQUER- clicking this button claims the land as yours. This is used in ranking systems in Lacrime. Conquering claims your land. If some one has your land, you can claim it back. It takes 10 minutes upon clicking conquer to get your land back. The person who claimed that land will have the 10 minutes. to try to fight you and take it back.
PROTECT- if you click on this button and choose a name you will protect that named person for the rest of your life this period until you die. No matter if down the road you decide you no longer like that person you will still protect them.
(example, if your out and about doing your own thing, and the person you protect is getting attacked, it will bring you to them, put you in front of them and protect them, meaning you will be taking the hits. You do not have to do anything. It is an automatic move this is only done script wise you do not physically move.)
